Casa degli Orsi comprises two houses (“Romeo” and “Juliet”) facing one another across an enclosed courtyard which includes a plunge pool
“Romeo” is on three floors (270 square metres) and comprises a large well-equipped kitchen/dining room, a large sitting room, a gallery, a study with sofabed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom - each with its own bathroom. It has French windows on to a large terrace with panoramic views. On a clear day you can see Mon Viso 115 km distant.
“Juliet” is on two floors (170 square metres) and comprises three suites, each for two people with a double 160 wide bed and its own bathroom. Two of the suites have their own roof terrace. The ground floor suites have access to the courtyard and are therefore suitable for less able-bodied guests. There’s also a breakfast room with a little kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster) and a sunny balcony. (And a French bed which could sleep another person.)
Down the path from “Juliet”, steps lead to a cool and airy artist’s studio. Adjoining this is a shady room with a full-size ping-pong table and a charcoal barbecue.
